Birthday weekend 🍰🎈

Hi friends! I hope you enjoyed the poem I posted in honor of my birthday ;) May is over, and a new month has begun. But before I get back to my regularly scheduled programming for June, I needed to do one more diary post in honor of my birthday weekend. While the festivities may have begun on Wednesday, I was sure to celebrate up until Memorial Day. Even though the weather in New York was rather crappy last weekend, I made the best of it, and my family and friends were the extra cherries on top of my sweet sixteen sundae. Birthdays always remind me that I am alive and a living, breathing human who so many people know. I am so grateful to be here and can’t wait for the glories this year will bring.
